The glazing on our patio door shattered spontaneously, a phenomenon not unknown apparently. Contacted Window Wise who replied almost immediately and came to assess the situation. Steve was very friendly, efficient, and reliable and the new glass was ordered and replaced within a week. Very competitively priced and even repaired the sticky locking mechanism on another door free of charge. Would highly recommend.
